Because FileBhejo is an unmonitored peer-to-peer tool, you bear sole responsibility for the files you transfer. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Transfer illegal, malicious, or explicit content.
• Distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that file transfers will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. You use the service entirely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FileBhejo, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or corruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
